Well it seems my host did not update the server at the scheduled time. I received a new email while on vacation about downtime for server upgrades. Quote from the email:
We will need to shut down your server while technicians perform an internal hardware realignment.This realignment will be performed overnight from June 16, 2007 to June 17, 2007, between 11:00 PM and 06:00 AM EDT. Your server will not be accessible during this time.
So, XNA Portal will be down during this time frame, sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
